not too sure you ment to do this but, in english, ice cream is not an object, so instead of "seen an ice-creame before. you never ate one." it should be something like "seen ice-cream before. you've never eaten any?"

in the first sentence, "an" is dropped because it makes the next word(s) an object. english is strange that way i know. Ice cream is always plural, unless it it in a cone or some other object that must be named. this is why instead of "one" it's any.

just thought i would let you know for next time. i don't mean to be rude or anything.
